AMARO
The memory of an ancient pleasure preserved in our Amaro. It is made by infusing a selection of aromatic herbs, spices and citrus peels, carefully balanced to create a rich and elegant profile. Amaro Chinzari tells the story of our family.
SAMBUCA
Intensely aromatic, with star anise at its heart, complemented by wild fennel and green anise. Smooth and persistent, Sambuca Chinzari carries forward a liquor-making tradition that began in Antrodoco in 1937.
GENZIANA LIQUEUR
A mountain liqueur rooted in the Apennines, made from Gentiana lutea root. Earthy, herbal and distinctly bitter, its character unfolds slowly on the palate. Traditionally enjoyed after a meal.
